Andrew Dugdale

Andrew is SYSTRA’s Market Director for mass transit, rail and highways. With over 30 years of experience in the transport industry, he has delivered award-winning projects in the transport sector across the UK, and brings extensive knowledge and experience to support SYSTRA’s growth strategy.

Sekoura Benissad

Sekoura is Operations Director for Conventional Rail and Highways, with engineering and consulting business SYSTRA, and leads on all aspects of client engagement, work winning and project delivery in the region. She is also Chair of RIA Midlands & Eastern.

Dominic Baldwin

Dominic is a Programme Director at SYSTRA. He has worked in the rail industry for over 40 years across a broad range of civil engineering and rail systems projects and programmes. He is a champion of innovation and an established advocate of collaborative working, with a proven track record in the development and delivery of multidiscipline major enhancement projects, from bid planning to commissioning.

John Oldridge

John is Practice Director for Engineering at SYSTRA. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 24 years’ experience in engineering and is responsible for the leadership of the technical staff across SYSTRA UK & Ireland.

Michelle Flint

Michelle is Discipline Lead for Electrification within the SYSTRA Systems team. Based in York, she is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and has a Mechanical Engineering degree with Masters. Michelle ensures the strategic objectives are met, which involves overseeing project performance, work winning and business improvement projects.
