Our projects help make a real difference in the real world.
The Department for Transport sponsored Transport Research and Innovation Grant has enabled SYSTRA to develop a machine learning application to mitigate road collisions in Great Britain. This application will aid Local Authorities, Highway Agencies and other transport body’s efforts to save lives, reduce injuries and support decision-making for infrastructure improvements; ultimately targeting a safer and more efficient transport network.
Our Senior Consultant Angus Spence will be demonstrating the model’s capabilities as part of the Connected Places Catapult’s Transport Research and Innovation Grant Showcase fringe event at UKREiiF2025.
The application demonstrates effective and pragmatic use of emerging technologies in development of demanded transport solutions.
