HS2 Integrated Project Team wins at the edie Awards

The Integrated Project Team (IPT) scooped the Team of the Year Award at the edie Awards last night, 12th March, in testament to the collaborative effort that is delivering HS2 in the West Midlands.

SYSTRA colleagues Jen Aston (Discipline Lead – Environment & Planning), Marc Stedman (Discipline Lead – Water Resources) and Dan Peers (Principal Consultant – Flood Risk) were in attendance alongside colleagues from across the IPT.

The IPT, made up of Balfour Beatty VINCI, the Mott MacDonald SYSTRA plus WW+P Architects Design Joint Venture and HS2 Ltd, is constructing the 90km Midlands section of HS2. This part of the route, referred to as IPT Area North, runs between Long Itchington in Warwickshire to the centre of Birmingham and on to Staffordshire.
