SYSTRA has been awarded two contracts with the recently created European Agency for Reconstruction.

The first project that SYSTRA is leading in association with BCEOM and DELOITTE & TOUCHE will last 18 months and is related to a technical assistance of Montenegro Railway in their restructuring and the management of a 15 MEUROS investment package financed by an EIB loan. This package include mainly rehabilitation works and supply of track maintenance machinery.

The second one is a regional transport study covering Croatia, Serbia-Montenegro, Bosnia Herzegovina, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Albania. We work in association with COWI CONSULT (leader) and BCEOM. The objective of this study is to identify transport infrastructure projects to be implemented in the future.
