System Auditor – Rail & Transit

Context

Systra is hiring for a System Auditor to support the Rail & Transit project in Ontario. 

Missions/Main Duties

• Plan and execute systems and design audits for Integration & Assurance scope;
• Assess compliance of processes, designs and deliverables with the Project Quality Management System and Alliance requirements;
• Issue audit reports, non-conformances and observations and track follow-up actions to closure;
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons-learned activities;
• Provide independent assurance input to Systems Quality Manager and the leadership.

Profile/Skills

• University degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline;
• 10+ years’ experience in rail / transit or complex infrastructure projects;
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario or equivalent or senior systems/quality professional with relevant certification;
• formal auditor training (e.g., ISO 9001 / ISO 19011 Lead Auditor) considered an asset
• demonstrated experience in systems / quality audits, surveillance and compliance monitoring;
• strong knowledge of Alliance quality requirements, Metrolinx / Owner standards and relevant international standards;
• excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

The salary range of this role is between $100,000 - $140,000.
