On 23 July, the Supervisory Board renewed SYSTRA's Executive Board for another five-year term, including Arnaud Jeudy who has been appointed Chief Finance and Administration Officer.

Pierre Verzat, Arnaud Jeudy, Jean-Charles Vollery

A graduate of EDHEC Business School and the French Society of Financial Analysts, Arnaud has over 25 years’ experience in finance and organisation. He previously held various positions within the Ramsay Santé Group, which he joined in 2005. A member of the Executive Committee from 2011, he was Finance and Real Estate Director for the entire Group.

Arnaud Jeudy succeeds Bruno Schmitt, who has been appointed SYSTRA’s SVP Mergers and Acquisitions, a member of the Executive Committee.

SYSTRA’s Executive Board, appointed for a period of 5 years, is thus composed of Pierre Verzat, whose term of office as Chairman has been renewed, Jean-Charles Vollery, appointed Chief Operating Officer, and Arnaud Jeudy, Chief Finance and Administration Officer.

In addition, the Supervisory Board welcomes two new members, Mrs Tomoko Kawaguchi representing BNP Paribas Participations and Mr Philippe Martin representing RATP.
