For almost 20 years, my focus has been on being a transformational leader who harnesses talent within teams delivering results. I have experience across various sectors including finance, banking, and utilities. My strength lies in adapting to different environments and systems to ensure continued success throughout periods of growth, transition, and uncertainty.

My leadership style is both supportive and goal orientated. I thrive on rebuilding teams through coaching and mentoring. My aim is to refocus people in their jobs by connecting them with vision and purpose. I’m currently working with SYSTRA, where I focus on building trust within my teams, establishing team goals, and linking performance to outcomes. I believe in being transparent and embracing positive relationships in the workplace and taking early stakeholder analysis to understand the needs of people and businesses.

I’m proficient in working effectively in matrixed environments, dealing with multiple personnel across varied projects and connecting people towards common goals and objectives. Before joining SYSTRA, I worked in senior and commercial roles in UK’s financial services, and NSW’s energy sector, streamlining business processes in complex regulated environments and driving innovation and improvement along the way.

I’m known for being tenacious, positive, and dedicated. My soft skills like emotional intelligence combined with my technical capabilities help me connect business strategy to purpose and take people on the journey with me. I specialize in team coaching, mentoring, and leadership, business improvement and continuity, strategy and growth, sales and marketing, relationship management and stakeholder engagement, commercial negotiations, program management, and change management.
