Are you seeking a rewarding experience in a progressive and diverse workplace?

graduate program overview

Here at SYSTRA, we make it our mission to provide employees with opportunities and a receptive work environment where they are able to refine their skills and develop their chosen career path. When you join SYSTRA you can expect to be part of a connected, passionate team who are motivated to find innovative solutions to current global issues.

Joining SYSTRA ANZ as a Graduate gives you the opportunity to undertake the Engineers Australia Graduate Program that has been developed in consultation with Australasian Railway Association (ARA). This is an engaging 18-month course that helps graduates develop practical skills to be successful in the workplace. With the support of mentors and opportunity to meet other graduates from industry, the program is a pathway towards Chartered status.

The SYSTRA on-the-job learning component will provide you with defined role rotations covering a broad cross-section of engineering disciplines across our business operations. Leveraging from SYSTRA’s global network, you will learn about the latest engineering advances and practices from around the world. Our program will support you through direct mentorship, with frequent reviews as part of a structured development framework.

Our Graduate program will help you make the most of your potential, both personally and professionally. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to apply for a Graduate Certificate from DeakinCo, with a pathway to a Masters from Deakin University. There will also be opportunities to stay on with SYSTRA as a fully fledged engineer.
