Alison has held leadership roles within international businesses in the engineering and science industries for over 16 years, having worked within private, government and ASX listed organisations.

As the Chief People & Culture Officer,  she is focused on working with our leadership team to continually transform our culture into a diverse and inclusive workplace. Drawing on her deep expertise in growing and developing business units, through designing and implementing programs that align to the values and goals of the business. 

A professional certified member of AHRI, Alison holds a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Business Administration. Alison works to create an environment, where our people can develop, thrive and be their authentic selves at work.
