I am a talent acquisition professional with specialist recruitment expertise in engineering and project management, primarily within government, construction, and Defence sectors.

Bringing both agency and internal recruitment experience, I am skilled in managing the recruitment life cycle, assessing organisational fit, and building talent pipelines that reflect the talent and cultural needs of the business.

 As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner my role utilises a broad range of recruitment tools and technologies, and best practice hiring methods, to attract and align the best candidates to business group functions.

In addition, my background in organisational and social psychology has allowed me to understand of how personal identity can impact employment experiences in the workplace. In turn, I incorporate that skillset into improving our selection processes, encourage diversity and inclusion, and push for positive cultural change.
