STANDARDS & GUIDELINES

The north American rail system is governed by standards, guidelines that are specifically written to integrate the nature of their use: transportation of heavy materials: AREMA (infrastructure), TIG (track inspection), CROR (operating rules), AAR (rolling stock), FRA.

SYSTRA Canada has been the carrier of the knowledge of these standards within the group for many years, hence addressing not only domestic opportunities but also international ones since these North American standards/guidelines are widely used in other jurisdictions than Canada.
