OUR APPROACH
The Rolling Stock division of SYSTRA Canada has been in business since 1985. Our competence includes mechanical and electrical engineering, rail vehicle design, drawing preparation, consulting and specification development. Our teams also have extensive experience in electrical engineering, HVAC (ventilation) and interior design.
Our refurbishment process typically involves several steps, such as inspection and evaluation of the rail car’s condition, disassembly and removal of old components, repair or replacement of damaged or worn parts, installation of new components, and final testing and inspection.

To ensure design specification are met, Quality Assurance is key.
Throughout the entire process, documentation is maintained to track progress and ensure that all work is properly recorded.
Quality control checks are also performed at various stages to identify and address any issues that may arise.
