Bio

Joining SYSTRA following the acquisition of Rail Systems Australia, where he was the founding Managing Director, Tom Warner leads SYSTRA ANZ’s Rail Systems Group.

He has over 30 years of consultancy experience, starting in the management consulting field and quickly evolving into managing growing IT and engineering companies with particular strengths in financial management and organisational change. 

For the last 8 years, Tom has lead a team of specialist engineers, assisting clients in planning for the future and developing solutions to help navigate technological change for improvements and optimisation in rail network performance.

He holds an MBA and leads by example in demonstrating the contribution of team work and ethical business practices to successful client outcomes.
