Australia is reliant on space systems and capabilities for Defence and national security purposes.
The Australian Defence Force (ADF) utilises space systems and capabilities to undertake essential tasks, ranging from critical missions through to joint expeditionary operations either independently or as part of coalitions. Key to space power is taking advantage of the incredible capabilities provided by Defence and Civilian satellites.
SYSTRA is contributing to the ADF’s Space System project through provision of technical support to Joint Project (JP) 2008 Phase 5B1 Tranche 2. SYSTRA team of space system experts are providing on-going engineering services and support to the Satellite Communications Systems Program Office (SATCOM SPO) within the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) of the Department of Defence.
