Challenge

The solution design needed to take into account Safety critical operational ATM systems which needed to be protected during implementation to support ATM service interruption. The program required a high level of Human Factors Integration to take into account Air Traffic Control workstation designs.

We were engaged to deliver all VOIP Communications Systems installation infrastructure design deliverables throughout the design phases for Airservices Australia Air Traffic Management (ATM) facilities across Australia including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.

We provided all elements of the fixed price work package for the Safety critical ATM VOIP communications solution including Project Management, Systems Engineering & Integration, Hardware design & integration and deployment management planning required to support design package.
