What we offer
- 14 Weeks Paid Parental Leave
Available to all primary carers, regardless of gender, family structure or how you become a parent i.e. birth, adoption or surrogacy. Our policy promotes equity and choice, so you don’t have to choose between care and career. - Up to 12 Months Unpaid Leave
In addition to paid leave, eligible parents can access up to 12 months of unpaid parental leave, this way you can take the time you need, without pressure. - Leave That Works Around You
We offer flexibility in how you take your leave whether in one block or spread across a 12-month period. Because every family is different, and your support should be too. - Inclusive and Progressive
We recognise that every journey to and through parenthood is different. That’s why our policy includes support for unplanned and challenging circumstances.
