We are ready to help our clients meet a variety of complex systems engineering and safety challenges, by understanding the big picture and applying a bespoke and innovative specialty engineering approach to aid in project delivery.

Our Approach
Our assurance approach serves to give confidence that new or modified systems will be safe, reliable, maintainable and ensure traceability to the Client’s operational and maintenance needs.
Our Systems Engineering approach is aligned with ISO15288 and RAMS management in accordance with EN50126. We develop, tailor and implement our management plans to ensure compatibility with the existing organisational procedures in an agile approach to ensure full compliance.
Our Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance (SESA) engineers are dedicated to solving complex mobility issues.
Through the recent acquisition of Rail Systems Australia, we have grown and expanded our offering, enhancing our ability to provide practical solutions to help our clients create safe, efficient and sustainable railway networks.

Strengths in System Engineering and Safety Assurance
- Tailoring Systems and Safety Assurance solutions to client and project needs and use discipline specific safety and reliability standards where relevant;
- Developing and implementing frameworks and plans aligned to the level of complexity and risk of a business or project;
- Presenting and communicating information at all levels of an organisation
- Applying the appropriate models, tools and methods depending on the client’s needs;
- Priding ourselves on our deep technical expertise and experience in all transport service areas; and
- Our teams excellent track record of delivering system integrated solutions globally.

How can we integrate better, earlier, and with greater impact?
System integration is critical to managing complexity, reducing risk, and delivering infrastructure that performs — yet it’s often misunderstood or brought in too late.
Our State of System Integration 2025 report explores what’s working, what’s not, and where the biggest opportunities lie to improve how integration is delivered across projects.
Based on insights from professionals across the sector, it’s designed to spark an important conversation and support better outcomes.
Our Services
Drawing on the skills of our specialist engineers, our Systems and Safety Assurance services include:
- Developing Systems Engineering frameworks and Safety Management Systems tailored to organisational needs;
- Deployment of Model Based Systems Engineering (we are tool agnostic);
- Safety assurance and governance;
- Independent Safety Assessment;
- Quantitative and qualitative risk management;
- Functional Safety Assessments throughout the project lifecycle;
- RAMS analyses;
- Cost-risk benefit analyses and SFAIRP assessment;
- Requirements management and verification and validation (V&V);
- Cybersecurity assessments;
- System safety and reliability; and
- Safety case development.
Integrating Safety Assurance and RAM with the overall Systems Integration processes has allowed us to maximise the benefit and minimises overlap in the Systems Integration, Systems Engineering and assurance of our projects.
We have a wealth of experience in the application of specialist software tools such as Cameo, Genesys, Capella, DOORS™, ComplyPro, AVSIM, Reliability Workbench and Fault Tree Plus amongst others.
