Pathways Support
- International Mentoring Program: SYSTRA’s mentoring program connects employees with international colleagues to support technical growth, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and broader personal and professional development. Mentors and mentees are provided with a toolkit to guide conversations, feedback, and progress throughout the program.
- Young Professional Industry Networks: SYSTRA participates in a range of young professional programs and committees across industry associations. These networks support emerging talent through connection, collaboration, and opportunities to contribute to wider industry conversations.
- Global Volunteering: Since 2022, SYSTRA has brought together 10 employees each year from around the world to volunteer in remote communities around the world, providing vital infrastructure for local communities. This is on top of our local volunteering leave program.
