What we offer

  • Reservists Leave
    We proudly support our employees who serve in the defence forces with a dedicated paid leave program recognising the commitment, discipline and leadership they bring to both their service and their role at SYSTRA.
  • Wellbeing Programs
    From mental health initiatives and employee assistance programs (EAP) to wellness challenges, mindfulness sessions and more, our wellbeing programs are here designed to foster connection and to help you manage stress, maintain energy and thrive inside and outside of work.
  • Volunteer Leave
    We offer one day per years paid leave so you can give back to causes that matter to you. Whether you participate in one of our office wide initiatives or choose to do your own community engagement, we believe leadership means showing up and supporting the world around us.
  • Menstrual and Menopause Leave
    We provide additional leave for those managing menstrual health or navigating menopause. This policy acknowledges the reality of these experiences and provides flexibility without stigma. A bold step toward genuine inclusion and equity.
