We offer one day per years paid leave so you can give back to causes that matter to you. Whether you participate in one of our office wide initiatives or choose to do your own community engagement, we believe leadership means showing up and supporting the world around us. - Menstrual and Menopause Leave
We provide additional leave for those managing menstrual health or navigating menopause. This policy acknowledges the reality of these experiences and provides flexibility without stigma. A bold step toward genuine inclusion and equity.
