WHAT IS YOUR JOB?

I’m in charge of monitoring health, safety and security at work for our international zones. My responsibility is to ensure that construction sites and offices are safe workplaces for everyone, in compliance with Group procedures. I promote this culture and the right behaviours to adopt within the operational teams on the ground.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST IN WHAT YOU DO?

I took up this position four years ago, after having held various positions in project management. I immediately realised the human value of the role, which goes beyond just a job. Indeed, it means helping to save lives by making people aware of the risks around them: taking care of them in the workplace, being alert to dangers. As I manage an international perimeter, I also enjoy working with colleagues of many different nationalities. It’s a real pleasure to come into contact with different people and discover new cultures and customs through them.

WHY SYSTRA?

I joined SYSTRA in 2011 and have held a number of different positions. I’ve been able to develop in a very proactive working environment, as initiatives are welcome and discussed without judgement.
