Glassdoor, the world-renowned employment and recruitment website, has revealed its list of the 25 favourite employers in France. For the first time, the SYSTRA Group is included in this ranking in 20th place with a score of 4.3/5.

SYSTRA is the only group in the engineering and transport sectors to be included in this ranking, and has distinguished itself from the hundreds of thousands of eligible companies in France*. The Group is ranked alongside major CAC 40 companies such as L’Oréal, Orange, Schneider Electric and web giants such as Google, Apple and Microsoft.

In order to compile this ranking, Glassdoor examined the quantity, quality and consistency of employee reviews submitted anonymously on its platform.

SYSTRA employees highlight the opportunity to work on large-scale projects in an international context, the company culture based on knowledge sharing, the opportunities for career development and the good work-life balance offered by the company.

As a French group, we are pleased and honoured to be included in this TOP 25 Best Employers in France. We can be proud of our overall score of 4.3/5, well above the global average of 3.7/5. We appreciate the valuable comments and opinions we have received and will continue to follow them closely as we strive to make SYSTRA an attractive employer!
