Currently, we are bidding for Road projects across India. The position of Structural Engineer is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

• Responsible for reviewing technical designs for climate-resilient infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, retaining walls, and associated structures.
• He shall coordinate with the CSC to review detailed engineering designs and drawings submitted by EPC contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and performance specifications.
• He shall ensure that all designs adequately address Client-specific challenges such as high seismicity, landslide susceptibility, slope stability issues, and heavy rainfall impacts and shall conform to applicable Indian Standards (IS Codes) and relevant international best practices. 
• He shall promote green construction practices and facilitate the integration of nature-based solutions to enhance sustainability and resilience.
• He shall support the design and review of logistics and agri-logistics infrastructure.
• This role includes ensuring structural safety, durability, and adaptability to
  local terrain and climatic conditions.

Profile/Skills

• Should be Graduate in Civil Engineering with Postgraduate Degree in Structural Engineering or a related field from a recognized institute.
• Should have minimum of 15 years of professional experience in structural design for roads, highways and bridges, with proven experience in green and climate-resilient infrastructure design.
• Should have experience in hill roads / highway projects,
