WHAT IS YOUR JOB?

I’m the structure and geotechnics manager. I’m coordinating a 18 people team working in many national and international contracts. My job here is to organize the work flow and the contracts. To define the work priorities, to do all the analysis and support the teams by giving them the technical support when they need.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST IN WHAT YOU DO?

What I most like in my job? I think it’s the challenge. To learn new things because I’m starting to develop this area that manages people and contracts. I think that this development is hard, but it’s interesting the learning that comes from it.

WHY SYSTRA?

Because I think that SYSTRA has many opportunities, it’s a company that encourages you to grow, we’re being encouraged to grow and to develop skills. And for the general experiences because the company participates in many projects.
