Context

Lead E&S Specialist EET Green Line Project Section 4 

Missions/Main Duties

* Monitor and maintain environmental health of the workplace, implementing and revising environmental policies.
* Conduct environmental audits and on-site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Research and develop environmental projects aimed at improving environmental health for employees and stakeholders.
* Educate employees on responsible practices within the organization’s environmental protection framework.
* Prepare reports on environmental issues and perform impact environmental assessments.

Profile/Skills

• Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in environmental and social impact assessment, monitoring, and management of large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Certifications / Project experience:
• Proven experience working on IFC/World Bank/EBRD-compliant projects.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations.
• Previous experience on transport or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Other criteria:
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
