The methodology
The Guide to the Best Employers, now in its 11th year, was carried out in conjunction with the Statista institute and surveyed 20,000 employees working in companies with more than 500 employees in France.
They were asked two questions:
- On a scale of 0 to 10, to what extent would you recommend your employer to an acquaintance or a member of your family?
- Based on everything you know about the following employers in your industry, would you recommend them to an acquaintance or family member? [Question followed by a list of companies in the selected employee’s sector].
Of the more than 2,000 companies listed, only 500 made the final cut.
