SYSTRA has reached an agreement to acquire the Swedish, Danish, and Norwegian entities of Atkins, part of the SNC-Lavalin Group. This operation will enable SYSTRA to considerably strengthen its local presence, in line with its development ambitions in the Scandinavian countries.
