This latest project follows the previous Simulation Study and Detailed Design Consultancy assignments carried out on the Patna Metro by our teams in India. Patna is a city of 2.5 million inhabitants in north-east India.
Packages PC-05 (5.5km) and PC-06 (4.9km) of the Patna Metro Rail Project are underground sections of Line 1 (Red Line), connecting Mithapur Ramp to Rukanpura Ramp via twin tunnels and six underground (UG) stations.
Working for the Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) on behalf of Patna Metro Rail Corporation Limited, our teams in India will be responsible for the design of all 6 UG stations, along with entry/exit structures and associated structures such as ancillary buildings.
Sustainability and multimodal integration
The Patna Metro offers a sustainable transport option. Crossing the heart of Patna, it will link highly populated neighbourhoods and feature seamless connections with railway stations as well as the interstate bus terminal (ISBT).
