Currently, we are bidding for Metro projects across India. The position of Chief Signalling & Telecom Expert (K1) is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

• Reporting to Team Leader
• Review the previous studies, data collected and develop performance provisions
• Preparation of tender documents, detailed technical specifications for CBTC signaling, Telecom, Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) and PSD as a part of tender preparation
• Interfacing with other sub-systems such as telecommunications, rolling stock, P. Way, Civil, Traction Power supply to implement CBTC signaling & Telecom works
• Assist in preparation and evaluation of bid documents for signaling works, Telecom, Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) and PSD works
• Review of detailed designs of Signaling, Telecom, Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) and PSD that would be submitted by the contractors
• Maintaining records and reports, advising the Authority regarding the best procedure to be adopted for telecom systems as per applicable standards
• Assist in testing and commissioning and review of O&M manual, coordinating with the Authority and contractors on day-to-day work in installation testing and
  commissioning of Signaling & Telecommunication systems and interfaces
• Review of route control tables and finalization of Good for Construction signaling & telecom drawings
• Other tasks that would be assigned by the Team Leader

Profile/Skills

• Graduate in Electrical /Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Shall have a minimum total experience of 20 years. Out of which minimum 07 years of experience shall be relevant to the present assignment. Out of which
  shall have at least 03 years of experience in the rank of proposed position or one position below
• Shall have at least 2 years of continuous working experience in a single relevant project
