Nick joined SYSTRA Ltd in November 2019 as CEO. Before SYSTRA he was Managing Director of the Infrastructure Division at Galliford Try Plc. He has spent over 20 years in the design and delivery of infrastructure in rail and the wider transportation industry.

STEVE HIGHAM, Managing Director Engineering

Steve joined SYSTRA Ltd in 2015 as Managing Director of our Engineering business. Steve has over 25 years of experience in delivery of major infrastructure projects and leading teams.

SÉBASTIEN DUPONT, Managing Director Consultancy

Sébastien joined SYSTRA in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer for Latin America based in Såo Paulo, Brazil before moving to London in 2019 as International Chief Financial Officer.

He is an accomplished financial director having worked for 20-years across finance, purchasing and managerial positions in the transport engineering and automotive sectors. After working with a vast network of international entities across multiple continents, Sébastien now leads the Consultancy Division supporting the sustainable growth of the business and helping our clients to deliver their decarbonization and sustainability plans.

MIKE MULDOON, Business Development Director

Mike has over 30 years of transport industry experience, serving clients and customers around the world. Having begun his career in rail rolling stock before moving into project delivery. Mike joined SYSTRA in October 2022 to support SYSTRA’s strategy of sustainable growth in the UK & Ireland and to strengthen the focus on future business development and strategy.

Ian Byrne, Business Director – Ireland

Ian Byrne has been director of SYSTRA operations in Ireland since 2006. He has more than 18 years’ professional experience in project management, transport planning, transport modelling, traffic impact assessment, traffic management and transport scheme appraisal. Ian has an excellent understanding of the interrelationship between transport modes, particularly in the context of transport strategy preparation, modelling, traffic impact, multi-modal appraisal, business case development, policy derivation and implementation.

SUZANNE WALKER, Human Resources Director

Suzanne is an experienced HR Director focussing on talent management, company values and employee engagement as well as influencing strategy and policy. Suzanne was HR Director for TSP Projects and then SYSTRA since 2018.

STEPHEN ANDREWS, Chief Financial Officer

Stephen is an experienced CFO, and recently executed the sale of TSP Projects to SYSTRA Limited at the end of August 2019. His principal experience is with professional consulting businesses, business to business outsourcing, with significant contracting experience. Previous roles include Director of Finance at WSP UK

PAUL MORGAN, General Counsel & Company Secretary

Paul advises and assists SYSTRA Ltd’s Board of Directors as Company Secretary and he is responsible for the delivery of legal services to the business on all aspects of statutory and legal compliance as well as legal risk management on delivery tenders and contracts.

As well as being admitted to practice as a solicitor in the UK and Australia, Paul is a Graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Prior to joining SYSTRA Ltd in 2017, Paul was an inhouse construction counsel at Australia’s largest contractor and he has a strong track record of providing strategic legal advice..
