Context

Systra Egypt is looking for "AFC Senior Engineer" for EET (Green Line) Project for Cairo location. 

Missions/Main Duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end to end program management of the AFC implementation projects/contracts for level 1 systems.
  • Supervise the delivery of the projects in compliance with Client’s requirements and contracts.
  • Actively contribute to successful delivery of the projects, leadership in managing vendors and advising the client.
  • Manage integration of AFC systems to overall program implementation of central system with the project.
  • Review and validate technical design approach, feasibility and deliverables for projects.
  • Perform testing supervision activities as required.
  • Installation supervision.
  • Perform post launch supervision activities as required.
  • Support on technical and business subjects (obsolescence, strategy).
  • Manage of the project dedicated and supporting technical team.

Profile/Skills

Requirements:

  • University degree (bachelor’s degree in electronics & communication engineering or relevant field.).
  • General overall experience 15 years.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands on experience on Automatic Fare Collection.
  • Technical knowledge of AFC technology & Strong management experience in the implementation of Automatic Fare Collection Systems across transport networks.
  • 7 years of professional experience in the same field (full lifecycle Project Management in a Systems Integration environment).
  • 5 years of experience in management and implementation of similar transport infrastructure projects and in a similar position.
  • Good communication and management skills and capacity to negotiate and develop good.
  • Fluent in English.
