Two experts from this firm will be based in Quebec City to support the Bureau de projet du réseau structurant de transport en commun on a full-time basis for the duration of the contract. In parallel, other resources will also be available, depending on the needs of the project. In parallel, Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP will provide professional legal services for the implementation of the Building Network. The contract is awarded for a period of five (5) years and has a maximum value of $375,000. It covers legal support, including the process of obtaining authorizations and permits, as well as aspects related to infrastructure.
