Context
As a Project Manager you will be accountable for ensuring all construction project management activities are successfully executed. We are looking for a Project Managers who are experienced in one or more of the following disciplines:
- Heavy Rail
- Rail Infrastructure and Heavy Civil.
- Utilities.
- Industrial, Commercial, Institutional (ICI).
Missions/Main Duties
- Manage design development from 90–100% through to final station IFC (mid-2026).
- Lead Safety Assurance, ISA coordination, hazard management, and all associated assurance documentation.
- Oversee commercial delivery, including contractual and governance documents, and coordinate with the contractor.
- Conduct Red/Green Zone assessments, work plan reviews, and flagging coordination.
- Provide Level 2 Control Board reporting and dashboard inputs; support long-term construction and operations planning; drive project-risk mitigation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports in coordination with the Contract Administrator.
- Perform safety observations, site walks, and quality inspections.
- Support schedule and risk management
Profile/Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Around 5 -10 years of work experience on a large scale infrastructure project in the Rail Industry
- Experience in Design Development and review.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for normal functions and special assignments.
- Proficiency using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) is essential, experience of using estimating software is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Skilled at building positive working relationships with internal and external clients.
