We are seeking applications for the position of Finance Expert for development of Employment Zones.

Missions/Main Duties

• Prepare and review financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and project viability assessments.
• Conduct financial due diligence and evaluate project risks and returns.
• Support the structuring and evaluation of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
• Develop concession frameworks, risk allocation mechanisms, and financial structures for PPP initiatives.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
• Establish financial monitoring and reporting systems for project implementation.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for project authorities and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and contractual obligations.

Profile/Skills

• CA or MBA in Finance or equivalent from a reputed college.
• Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Project Management
  • Infrastructure Project Development
  • Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Projects
  • Project Finance
  • Financial Feasibility Analysis
  • Infrastructure Financing
  • Investment Advisory
  • Economic and Financial Appraisal of Development Projects.
