We are seeking applications for the position of Urban Finance and Economy expert for upcoming Urban building Infrastructure project.
Missions/Main Duties
- Conduct economic and financial feasibility studies for Urban Water Metro and related urban infrastructure projects.
- Assess project viability through cost-benefit analysis, economic rate of return (ERR), financial internal rate of return (FIRR), and sensitivity analysis.
- Develop financial and economic models to support project planning and investment decisions.
- Support structuring and implementation of PPP projects.
- Undertake financial assessment of PPP models, concession arrangements, and risk allocation mechanisms.
- Prepare financial reports, investment memoranda, economic assessments, business plans, and policy recommendations.
- Develop presentations and financial dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
Profile/Skills
- Postgraduate degree in MBA Finance/ Economics or equivalent degree.
Minimum 12 years of proven professional experience in Urban Finance/Urban Economics/Infrastructure Finance/Municipal Finance/Economic Development Planning/Financial Advisory Services.
Experience working with; National Government Agencies/state Government Departments/Urban Local Bodies/Development Authorities/ Multilateral Funding Agencies.
Infrastructure Development Organizations
Experience in Indian urban infrastructure and transport projects preferred.
International experience in infrastructure finance and economic development projects will be an added advantage.
