Biography

Ms. Karine Requena has a rich experience in human resources, having worked for several years as National Human Resources Director for a fast-growing company, developing all aspects of the human resources department and participating in numerous acquisitions. She is currently responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all human resources aspects within SYSTRA Canada.

She drives, designs, and implements people strategies in support of the company’s business objectives by promoting a high-performing culture and engaging global workforce, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented work environment and focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, recognition, employee relations, crisis and risk management, emergency response, diversity, and inclusion.
