The Ontario Line will be a 15.6-km automated (GoA4) metro line in Toronto.

The line will bring 15 new stations to the city and will run from Exhibition Place, through the heart of downtown, all the way to the Ontario Science Centre.

Ontario Transit Group (OTG) is the Design and Build Contractor responsible for the south part of the project including structure, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) and architecture for a 6‑km tunnel, one elevated station and six underground stations.

The SYSTRA Systems Engineering & Safety Assurance (SESA) team is responsible for the following: systems engineering, systems integration, requirements management, interface management, configuration management, Verification & Validation (V&V) management, Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) management, physical security / cybersecurity management, earthing & bonding, stray currents and corrosion protection and Electromagnetic Energy (EMC) / Electromagnetic  Interference (EMI).
