From Questions to Solutions
Our peer review seeks to answer key questions: Will they effectively contribute to the broader Climate Change Master Plan? What are the potential delivery risks, and where do opportunities for improvement lie? Most importantly, how can we mitigate those risks while maximizing the program’s potential?

DRIVING EXCELLENCE
Under this contract, we will leverage our extensive expertise in zero emission technology and public transit systems to provide a comprehensive peer review of Ottawa’s electric bus program.
The objective of the peer review is to analyze and validate the quality of the planning, design, construction, operational and maintenance readiness, and IT implementation (software for energy optimization and fleet deployment), ensuring optimal performance and sustainability.
We are proud to say that SYSTRA’s involvement will play a crucial role in validating the program’s effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement.
