We are seeking applications for the position of Technology Expert for upcoming Urban building Infrastructure project.
Missions/Main Duties
- Develop a digital transformation and technology integration strategy for station area planning and development.
- Identify and recommend suitable digital platforms, smart governance tools, and urban technology solutions.
- Integrate technology-based approaches into master planning, land use analysis, mobility planning, and infrastructure development.
- Design and implement urban data management systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Develop centralized databases for urban planning, transportation, land use, infrastructure, socio-economic, and environmental data.
- Identify opportunities for deploying automation systems in planning, monitoring, and asset management functions.
- Support integration of IoT-enabled monitoring systems and smart infrastructure platforms.
Profile/Skills
- Should have a master’s degree in IT systems / Digital technology or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 12 years of proven professional experience in Digital Technologies/Information Systems/Urban Data Platforms/Management Information Systems (MIS)/Data Analytics/Technology Solutions for Urban Development/Smart Governance Systems.
Demonstrated experience in at least 5 assignments related to:
- Digital Infrastructure
- Urban Data Management Systems
- MIS Development and Implementation
- Data Analytics and Visualization
- Smart City Platforms
- Automation Systems
- Smart Governance Frameworks
