Competency Framework Implementation

Designed and implemented an enterprise-wide Competency Framework to map role expectations and support career development for the Project Managers working on the Metrolinx GO Expansion program. This framework also aligned L&D programming with performance reviews, development planning, and succession pipelines.

Rail Operations Readiness Curriculum

Developed and delivered a customized curriculum for the Metrolinx GO Expansion program which highlighted the systematic transfer of assets for major transit projects. Included stakeholder consultation, role-specific learning journeys, simulations, and phased rollout across functional teams. This resulted in improved cross-departmental alignment and reduced operational friction during mobilization.

Early Warning Systems Training

Created an experiential learning program to improve risk identification and responses. Included real-world scenarios, decision-making simulations, and escalation protocol training. Contributed to measurable improvements in early reporting and compliance metrics.
