SYSTRA India is delivering dedicated Project Support and Advisory Services to the Planning and Architecture Division of Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran (NRANVP). This ongoing engagement underpins the development of Nava Raipur Atal Nagar — India’s first planned 21st-century greenfield capital city.

SYSTRA’s multidisciplinary team provides end-to-end support across the full spectrum of planning and architecture activities, including:

  • Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Plan (Master Plan updates and revisions)
  • Sector Planning for residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial zones Infrastructure planning (physical and social)
  • Village development Plans and Village settlement Plans for integrated peri-urban growth
  • Formulation and implementation of policies related to urban planning
  • Architecture, landscape, and urban design interventions GIS
