SYSTRA India is proud to serve as the Project Support Consultant to the Directorate of Town & Country Planning, Government of Chhattisgarh. Leveraging our decade-long expertise in providing PSC services to state and urban local bodies, we are delivering integrated, GIS-driven planning support that aligns with the state’s vision for sustainable, equitable, and mobility-centric urban-rural growth.

Our multidisciplinary team is actively engaged in end-to-end technical assistance to strengthen the Directorate’s planning capabilities across Chhattisgarh. The scope encompasses:

  • Physical Survey – Comprehensive ground-truthing and field investigations
  • Data Collection – Multi-source primary and secondary data gathering on land use, demographics, infrastructure, and socio-economic parameters
  • Traffic Survey – Detailed traffic volume, origin-destination, and mobility pattern studies
  • Base Map Study – High-accuracy base map preparation using latest surveying instruments and ArcGIS technology
  • Preparation of Proposed Maps – Development of proposed land-use and development plans in line with statutory guidelines, followed by technical presentations to the State Level Committee
