PMC Services for Redevelopment of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Station, Mumbai

SYSTRA and MACE have been awarded the Project Management Consultancy Services by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) for the redevelopment of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) Station, Mumbai.


CSMT Station is an iconic Heritage structure and it’s truly our honour to contribute towards the implementation of this project. The redevelopment of the station will augment better public amenities with world-class infrastructure.


As part of this redevelopment, the Heritage Station will be converted into a large Mass Transit Hub, a conjunction point for various modes of public transit. The redeveloped terminal will have a spacious roof plaza, food courts, a waiting lounge, and a commercial activities area.


The awarded scope of work includes overall Project Management covering Design Management, Construction Management, Quality and Safety, Interface Management, Testing and Commissioning.
