As the Business Line Head – PMC at SYSTRA India, Gaurav Srivastava is a visionary leader. He has nearly 30 years of experience driving transformative advances in urban mobility, rail, and highway development. In addition, he is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of India’s premier engineering institutions. Gaurav has established a benchmark for operational excellence in project management consultancy across South Asia.

Since assuming leadership of the PMC unit in 2022, Gaurav has orchestrated exceptional growth and scaled his team to over 800 professionals. Under his stewardship, the division manages some of the region’s most ambitious assignments in India and Bangladesh. These include the Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Nagpur Metros. The division also handles the Dedicated Freight Corridor. Additionally, his expertise spans the entire project lifecycle—from strategic planning and multidisciplinary engineering to high-stakes commercial negotiations and construction supervision.
