Situated on the prestigious Kai Tak Park Peninsula runway, Victoria Voyage is a premier, multi-developer collaborative development delivering 2,060 residential units across four towers.

SYSTRA Hong Kong as the project traffic and transport consultants, was responsible to provide traffic engineering inputs for the safe and user-friendly designs of not only the internal driveway and carpark within the Development but also the pedestrian/bicycle share used Greenway along the promenade.

Located on the slopes of Tai Sheung Tok Hill, ARQ R2-4 is a forward-thinking residential project centered on an eco-sensitive “Park Living” concept. Built utilizing innovative Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) techniques, the development includes two interconnected towers and a landmark Government, Institution, or Community (GIC) and Retail Block.

Hemma Emerald is a Subsidised Sale Flats development by the Hong Kong Housing Society at Anderson Road Site R2-4 , providing 960 residential units. As the project traffic consultant, our team was responsible for undertaking the traffic review study in support of the planning application for the provision local support facilities. We also contributed to the planning and design of the internal traffic arrangements, car parking layout and vehicular access design, ensuring the feasibility, safety, and efficiency of traffic operations.
