With a distinguished career spanning 39 years, Sandeep Fuller is a visionary leader in India’s railway modernization and metro expansion. An alumnus of IIT Kanpur and a Chartered Engineer, Sandeep serves as a pivotal force at SYSTRA India, where his expertise bridges the gap between complex engineering and seamless commercial execution.

Since joining SYSTRA as Project Director in 2021, Sandeep has been instrumental in the successful commissioning of the Ahmedabad Metro Phase I. His leadership has significantly expanded SYSTRA’s footprint across India and Bangladesh, delivering end-to-end expertise in transport planning and project execution. A recognized authority on modern rolling stock and traction, he played a foundational role in the early growth of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), managing procurement from concept to commissioning.

Sandeep’s technical rigor encompasses the full spectrum of Railway EPC, including traction systems, electrification, and AI-ready signaling. A recipient of the prestigious Railway Minister’s Award, he is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India). At SYSTRA, Sandeep continues to drive the mission of delivering world-class, technologically advanced infrastructure, fostering high-performing teams to meet the evolving demands of the global transit market.
