Additionally, as a Civil Engineer from NIT Warangal with a Master’s in Management Studies from MNNIT Allahabad, Anurag possesses a rare synthesis of technical foundational knowledge. He also brings sophisticated market strategy to his work.

In his current leadership role, Anurag orchestrates the end-to-end business development lifecycle across SYSTRA’s core sectors, including Rail, Metro, Roads, Urban Planning, and Water Infrastructure. His expertise is particularly distinguished in the transport field. For over two decades, he has identified high-value opportunities and converted them into landmark projects. Furthermore, beyond traditional infrastructure, he is a forward-thinking strategist in Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS), data analytics, and urban transit solutions.

Throughout his career, Anurag has been a pivotal figure in shaping urban landscapes, from managing complex Smart City consultancies to leading international trade delegations. His leadership at SYSTRA is defined by a rigorous approach to risk management and contract negotiation. Moreover, he focuses on the cultivation of strategic partnerships.
