SYSTA A&E is providing design, bid support, and contract administration services for community center
upgrades.

The work involves improving building defects, reducing maintenance needs, extending the useful life of the facilities, and fulfilling their
programmatic requirements.

In addition to providing cost-effective and feasible recommendations to resolve code issues and provide better accessibly, SYSTRA A&E is also engaging stakeholders to create safer, healthier, and more engaging environments for users.

Working with stakeholders, the team is ensuring our designs improve users’ experience at the senior, community, and children’s centers while managing expectations and aligning stakeholder requests with the approved scope and budget.
