SYSTRA provided conceptual and preliminary design and is developing the design-build bid documents for the demolition of the parking structure with the design of a new surface lot on the site with an elevated day room for bus operations and dispatch that will meet LEED certification.

Green initiatives include maximizing day light and the users’ wellbeing by introducing an open-air employee lounge area. The design will provide parking capacity for nearly 160 cars on the lot and will improve accessibility, sustainability, health and above all safety for the users.
