SYSTRA has detailed design competency in India in the power supply and overhead lines business in both AC & DC traction. We have also capabilities of designing AC & DC traction, third rail, power supply and OHL. We have experience in executing domestic and some prestigious international projects.

On the Rolling stock, Signaling, Telecommunications, AFC, RAMS & Operations side, Systra India is executing several design review and detailed project reports like: MRVC-CBTC (Migration of Existing Sub-Urban Transit system to CBTC), Bangalore Metro, Kolkata Metro, Pune Metro Phase II, Vijayawada MRTS and Dhaka Metro Line 5N.

We are seeking applications for the position of Sr. Planning & Monitoring Expert (K2) for GC Mumbai Metro Line 5, 7A & 9-System

Missions/Main Duties

• Education qualification -Graduate in Electrical /Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Years of experience - 15+ Years
• Prior experience requirement -6+ yrs relevant in Metro / Railway System
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop detailed project plans, define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and establish baseline schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily/monthly performance against established milestones, identify deviations, and generate comprehensive dashboards for stakeholders.
• Risk & Delay Analysis: Identify project bottlenecks, conduct delay analysis, and implement recovery plans and mitigation strategies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between executive management, site teams, contractors, and external consultants to ensure alignment.
• Cost & Resource Management: Monitor resource utilization, assist with budgeting, and support procurement planning.
