The Role

Start your civil engineering career in Brisbane’s growing rail and transport sector, working alongside talented engineers on some of the most complex and specialised infrastructure projects in the region. 

Missions/Main Duties

As investment in transport continues to build toward the 2032 Olympics and beyond, this is your chance to gain real project experience, learn from industry experts and help shape the future of how Brisbane connects and moves. What you will do:

• Support civil design delivery on rail infrastructure projects
• Assist with drawings, reports, calculations and technical documentation
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across a range of project phases
• Learn from experienced engineers and build capability in rail engineering
• Contribute to Brisbane-based projects within a growing rail team
• Develop from undergraduate to graduate level through structured support and mentoring

Profile/Skills

About You

We’re looking for candidates who are curious, eager to learn, passionate about civil engineering and interested in building a career in the rail sector. You’ll be collaborative, motivated and keen to develop your technical skills while working on meaningful infrastructure projects. Key criteria's

• Final year student, or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering. *Some Undergraduate/industry Civil engineering experience is highly desirable
• Strong interest in rail, transport or major infrastructure projects
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and develop technical engineering capability
• Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and work collaboratively within project teams
• Familiarity with engineering software or digital design tools is beneficial but not essential
